2018 Feminist in Residence

The artists who participated in the second cycle of our 2018 Feminist In Residence Program included: Camille Lee, Chaya Babu, Christen Clifford, and Katherine Toukhy.

The selected artists were developing work that spoke to the incubator’s mission to address issues of female safety, gender roles, ownership, and agency. During the life of the residency, a series of programs that included workshops, interventions and open studios was open to the public to engage with our residents. The Feminists in Residence program culminated in a group exhibition in January, 2018.
